About Us

We are the Raymond Family.

Rooted in compassion and service, we are driven by a deep desire to respond to the needs of our community and world with hope, love, and decisive action.

Our journey took a life-changing turn in 2021 through foster care. In addition to our six biological children, we were blessed to adopt five siblings by expanding our home and our hearts to ensure these children had the safety, stability, and unconditional love they deserved.

Through this experience, we witnessed firsthand the profound challenges many youth face, including a lack of consistent support, uncertainty about the future, and the weight of feeling unseen.

Yet, we also saw the incredible resilience and untapped potential that emerges when a young person is anchored by encouragement, structure, and a true sense of belonging.

While our bigger goal is to establish a family-style group home for foster youth and young adults, we recognize the importance of building toward that vision thoughtfully. Our current program represents intentional, faith-guided steps that allow us to serve now, grow sustainably, and prepare for the home we hope to establish in the future.

Hope Rising was born from a commitment to begin now, faithfully doing what we are able in this season of life.

We believe that when youth recognize their own potential, develop practical life skills, and build strong support systems, their hope for the future becomes unshakable.

Hope Rising exists to walk alongside these individuals, helping them rise in confidence, character, and leadership, starting with the individual to ignite a lasting generational impact.

Our approach is a journey from the inside out. We believe that to change the world, a leader must first expand their own perspective and strengthen their internal character.
